HIGH
Do not buy decanted gas
Cylinder-to-cylinder decanting is illegal under NIS 69 and a primary cause of fires. Refill exclusively at NCRP-integrated plants.
MEDIUM
Check 5-year requalification date
Cylinders older than 5 years must be pressure-tested at an SON-accredited centre. Refill gates will automatically block expired cylinders.
